When you apply for a job or contact our recruiting team, we collect your name, phone number, answers to screening questions, and the application details you provide (such as position, location, availability, work history and resume).
Why we collect it
We use this information only to review your application and to schedule and coordinate interviews.
Who sees it
Your information is seen only by Pallet Supply staff and our recruiting partner, and only for hiring purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep applicant information only as long as needed for hiring and as required by law, then delete or securely archive it.
Text messages (SMS). If you text our recruiting number, we use your mobile number only to reply about your job application and interview. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
